Our two-bedroom split floor plan was designed to  accommodate one person on each side privately, with a den and kitchen area for the two to share. Each side is leased individually and the roommates are not financially responsible for each other! The rent includes an electricity allowance of $50.00 per month and any overage is divided between the roommates!

We also have a one bedroom studio efficiency floor plan which is excellent for a new couple just stating off or even for someone looking for a good deal! The first $35.00 of electricity is included in the rent each month.

We offer a host of amenities including fully furnished condominiums, utilities preactivated, eliminating costly deposits and service connection fees that result in many of a delay of occupancy with other complexes. The monthly rent also includes electricity allowance, basic cable vision, water, sewer and trash removal!
